We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur; however, effective communication is essential to ensure the seamless operation of our scheduling process.​

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.​

Unfortunately, in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session, a 100% charge of the full scheduled session will be applied.
