You and your partner relax on separate tables in the same room, each with your own licensed massage therapist. Before you start, you each talk with your therapist about pressure, problem areas and anything they should know about your health.
Your sessions are personal, so you don't have to agree on a style. One of you can have a gentle Swedish massage while the other gets focused deep tissue work.
Most couples book 60 or 90 minutes. Sixty minutes is enough for a full-body session. Ninety minutes leaves time for extra focus on problem areas without rushing.
Each of you picks what feels right that day:
Not sure which to choose? Read our guide to massage types, or ask your therapist on the day.
Add an infrared sauna session or a facial before or after your massage. Check current promotions for seasonal offers, and read our guide, Couples Massage in Terre Haute: What to Expect.
